All purchases are shipped via USPS. You will receive shipping notification via email and/or through SMS message you provided during your account setup, once the item(s) has/have shipped. Please check the tracking information. If you believe there is an issue with your shipment, please let us know so we can advise on how to contact the PO. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession. It is your responsibility to insure your package with the carrier. All claims must be filed with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Our "Standard Shipping" is USPS Ground shipping and estimates a delivery time frame of 5-7 business days for RTS (ready to ship) items. Please refer to their website for current information on shipping related concerns or updates.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGE, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please inspect your package to make sure all items are inside. Once an item(s) has a shipping label it is considered shipped. If you need to cancel there is a 20% restocking fee.
